This README is the start-here guide for the shared Crabtree inventory workspace.
The main work should stay in the active Rachel worksheet, while older sheets are reference-only unless needed.

Older hard-drive inventory copies and `.live.csv` support files are internal/archive items, not the main work surface for Rachel.

Using the chat app
------------------
The app is mobile-friendly, but it is still more PC-centric overall.
This workflow is experimental. If something is confusing or would help, please leave feedback in the app.
It uses Google login, and access may need Aaron to approve it manually.
If the app says access is pending, contact Aaron outside the app by voicemail, text, or email so he can authorize it.

Project status note
-------------------
This setup is the result of about a month of sleepless nights, and this document reflects the current state as it sits right now.
Refinements will continue until the task is complete or we decide to abandon the approach entirely.
